Join the City of North Miami Beach Parks and Recreation Department for a refreshing and effective low-impact workout designed to enhance your overall fitness. Our Excerswim program combines shallow water exercises that are gentle on your joints with the benefits of cardio and strength training.

Joint-Friendly: Improve stability and coordination with exercises tailored to be gentle on your joints.
Comprehensive Workout: Boost heart health and strength with a blend of cardio and strength exercises using water dumbbells and flotation belts.
